Inclusive are: Electricity and water (max. 10 EUR/week).

Not inclusive is the final cleaning-up of the house and the washing of the linen and towels (50 EUR). With the lump sum of 50 EUR you pay the normal cleaning of the house, which is 4 working hours, and the washing of in all 2 sets of laundry. If an extra working hour for the cleaning-up is necessary, it costs 8,50 EUR, an extra set of laundry costs 7 EUR.

The deposit is 100 EUR.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is only for non-smokers. If you are smoker, please don`t smoke inside of our house, please use the balcony.
Minimum rental-time is one week, prolongation on a day-to-day basis is possible. For longer rentals (for example winter) we would make you a convenient offer.
