Torrox and surroundings

If you love Andalucía and the Costa del Sol with its endless beaches, the picturesque towns and the nearly eternal sun, the historic town of Torrox-Pueblo could be your favourite location. The town is charming without any mass-tourism and very close to the coast. The arabian origin is to be seen everywhere, but there is nothing missing that belongs to a modern town.

From Málaga-Airport and the famous Picasso-Museum in Málaga, Torrox is easily to reach on the highway N-340 after a 50-km-ride. The famous town of Nerja is only 10 km away, the village of Frigiliana is 14 km away. To Gibraltar it is only a 2-3-hours-trip, and Córdoba, Granada, Sevilla and Ronda are also good for a day-trip.
